We pick one product and obsess. The pedestal fan is the only thing we sell. That means we know the DC-motor curve (27W at full vs. 95W on an AC fan), why 20 dB at speed 1 is the actual threshold for sleep, and the LED amber-dim spec so it doesn't wake you at 3am cold. If something is wrong with yours, you'll talk to me or someone two desks away — not a chatbot.
Order it. Try it for 30 days in your real bedroom. If it doesn't earn its spot, we pay for the return. Last quarter our return rate was 2.9% — we publish it because it matters.
